Doctor Who 31x08, "The Hungry Earth" thought
I noticed this while watching the Confidential, but it shows up in the episode as well.
So, inside the TARDIS, there's a big circular screen or something:
And it's displaying white blobs, which move about as if in a lava lamp.
Isn't that rather reminiscent of something else?
