10th-Jul-2017 11:35 pm - UC generator update
john_amend_all: (gia)

I've done a minor update to the Unconventional Courtship generator, to allow you to select fandoms individually. There's now a tickbox beside each fandom — if you click on the fandom name it will select only that fandom, as before, but if you click on the tickboxes you can toggle which fandoms are included. So if (for example) you just want the characters from B5 and B7 with no intervention from Miss Austen, that should now be possible.

Let me know if you find any problems — it's quite possible I've introduced some heinous error. The encoding method I've used also means the generator will be limited to 31 fandoms maximum, though we're nowhere near that limit yet.

450) THE ULTIMATE RISK by Natalie Anderson
When PA Bill Potts sees tycoon Heather again after ten years, a chance to prove that she’s not the innocent she used to be makes her pulse race. But she doesn’t expect Heather to want her for the long term...
50)FILM AT ELEVEN by KELSEY ROBERTS
When everybody is watching…
An impromptu appearance on a morning talk show to promote her new book turned Dr Lucy Steele’s quiet life upside down. And now the brainy beauty had become a media-savvy serial killer’s next target. Even worse, the infuriatingly handsome – and very off limits – anchorman Silver was the only one she could turn to for protection. Though a string of suspicious accidents proved Lucy was in terrible danger, forging an intensely passionate relationships with Silver seemed more frightening than being found by the madman who wanted her dead. But would Lucy’s fleeting minutes of harrowing fame lead to a permanent future together with Silver… or lead her straight to the killer?
145) The Siren- Tiffany Reisz
It's a woman's world, but she’s the one on top. Notorious River Song is famous for her delicious works of erotica, each one more popular with readers than the last. But her latest manuscript is different - more serious, more personal-and she’s sure it'll be her breakout book...if it ever sees the light of day. Sapphire holds River's fate in her well-manicured hands. The demanding British editor agrees to handle the book on one condition: she wants complete control. River must rewrite the entire novel to her exacting standards - in six weeks - or it's no deal.
River's grueling writing sessions with Sapphire are draining...and shockingly arousing. And a dangerous former lover has her wondering which is more torturous-staying away from her...or returning to her bed? River thought she knew everything about being pushed to your limits. But in a world where passion is pain, nothing is ever that simple.

I can just picture River writing a manuscript that risked causing temporal breaches, and Sapphire being sent to try and defuse it.

165) Where You Least Expect It by Tori Carrington
WALK. DON'T RUN…
Whatever was going to happen, Romanadvoratrelundar had decided to stay and ride it out. The truth was, she was tired of running. Tired of packing up her suitcase and hitting the road to nowhere. Tired of being alone, keeping people at arm's length and waiting for the shadow following on her heels to catch up with her and destroy her. Maybe that was the reason she'd stayed in Old Orchard. Perhaps subconsciously she'd known that this was where her running would end.
So, she would stop running. And that included from the mysterious and unique Harry Sullivan… and whatever bonds were developing between them. But would their love be strong enough to survive the truth?
489) Under Her Clothes by Louisa Edwards
When Vislor Turlough dresses like a woman to prove he can succeed in the female-dominated world of professional cooking, he never expects to fall for the beautiful chef who will decide his fate. They agree that nothing that happens after hours will affect Turlough's chances in the competition and begin a secret affair.
It’s been years since Susan Ivanova felt a sexual attraction toward a woman. She thought she’d put that stage of her life behind her when she focused everything on her career.
But something about Vislor Turlough makes her want to break all her own rules…
