• It surprises me slightly that, given the obvious common element, I haven't seen a cake!fic / Portal crossover before now.
• This particular combination was inspired by evelyn on DbyA:

  And why are the only neekid + cake-covered Doctors 10 and 3? Why can't we have nekkid-Five covered in beige-colored frosting? (carrot cake, of course. Five would have to be covered in carrot cake)

• I'm amused to see that AO3 has a 'Cake' tag.
• While writing this fic, I got a browser popup: "Recommended for you: First Alice in Wonderland Clip Involves Cake and Nudity". Bearing in mind Sarah Sutton has played Alice, I think that's quite a scary coincidence.
