If you've posted one of those things in your LJ, It might not be an unalloyed good.
I deleted my post, since it didn't have comments. If you want to keep it, I suppose you could add rel="nofollow"between the <a and the href= of all the links, so the site won't get the magic search engine juice.

This makes me so happy I didn't give in and post my results to my journal. Still did the stupid test though, just for the lol random results.
