• Casting Alan Davies as a genial quizmaster? I don't know where these people get their ideas.
• In one of the ad breaks, they showed the John Lewis advert where a woman's life passes before our eyes (first brought to my attention by a discussion on Gallifrey Base about whether one of the ages was played by Nicola Bryant). It still reminds me, every time, of the cigarette promotion scheme in Murder Must Advertise, where the narrative pointedly notes that the only thing you couldn't get through it was a coffin.
