TV Tropes does provide a useful shorthand for describing the feel of a series in a way that might otherwise take lengthy paragraphs of fake-analysis in this case, so that's all to the good. On the other hand, as others have observed it is both addictive and life-destroying, so you maybe should have included some sort of health warning in the above post. :D
