I knew I would have to include one of jjpor's works in this post, and I've got a soft spot for this one because it was written from a prompt of mine. A gloriously detailed noir-style mystery set in the decadent, corrupt Gallifrey that's only half-glimpsed in the TV series.

It's one of those counterfactuals that delights fandom: how would two companions who never met onscreen get along together? In this case, Victoria, the proper lady from the 19th century, and Zoe, the tomboy from the 21st, are natural foils for each other, and it's fun to see them getting to know each other through the medium of exchanging costumes.
