This isn't a complete reaction post, more a disconnected set of thoughts.

A montage of past Doctors again! And someone's been listening to me because they were out of numerical order: 9, 10, missed one, 4, 3, 2, 1. Still no Joanna Lumley, though.
Some people have been speculating about why, if Amy's house appears from the outside to have only two floors, it has a staircase leading up from the landing. Now, it could simply be that this staircase leads to rooms in the attic (I used to live in a house with this arrangement), but this episode suggested another possibility.
And they do the reveal from The Time Meddler: It's another TARDIS! Well, maybe not an actual TARDIS, since the exterior looks very Jagaroth to my way of thinking. Did some of them get creative in the Time War, or was this one of Sardoth's even less successful experiments?
From the trailer for next time: Drahvins? Seriously? I hope we get to see some of them.
Oh, and the subtitles on iPlayer for the trailer made me grin. It's a cataclysm, not a catechism!
