Doctor Who 32x10, "The Girl Who Waited"
Sep. 10th, 2011 09:04 pm- Something of an Aperture Science feel to the Kindness Facility, I feel.
- We now know what the Dunvworpin version of Amy would be like. It's almost enough to make me write a story set there.
- The Doctor getting Amy lined up with the spyglass reminded me somewhat of Knightmare. "Amy, sidestep to your left..."
- Was it ever explained why Amy couldn't just leave the red-waterfall anteroom by opening the door from the inside, as Rory did in the green-anchor one? When Rory opened the door from the outside it launched another empty timestream for him, but surely when visitors left they'd all have to be returned to a single common timeline.
- From the Confidential: Karen Gillan learning to drive is a cuteness overload. And a worse screamer than Victoria Waterfield.
